Every day, your organization generates new data on your customers, your processes, and your industry. But could you be using your data more effectively?

To help you uncover the true value of your data, and turn big data into even bigger results, MIT Professional Education has partnered with the MIT Institute for Data, Systems, and Society (IDSS) to launch a six-week online course: Data Science: Data to Insights. The course begins May 30, 2017.

Have you ever wondered how top companies perfect their recommendation systems? Or how auto manufacturers developed their GPS technology?

Over the course of six weeks, you will review a broad spectrum of data-centric topics including recommendation engines, machine learning, big data analytics, network and graphical modeling, anomaly detection and more.

Through in-depth lectures from renowned faculty from across MIT, you’ll acquire the theories, strategies, and tools you need to answer a broad range of questions.

As part of the course, you’ll explore some of the mathematical mysteries behind deep learning, examine real-world case studies and take part in several hands-on projects using robust datasets.

Upon successful completion, you will earn a Certificate of Completion and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from MIT Professional Education.
